Futures Thinking was founded by Jerome Norris in 2009. He works independently and with partners to deliver the best material for your decisions. If you want to know what might be happening to your future and how you can influence it, we will be able to help you.

Jerome prides himself on helping to drive decisions on clients’ future plans. A researcher for close on 20 years, for the last decade Jerome has specialised in qualitative research and strives to use new and interesting techniques that will enhance the insights delivered to clients at the end of each project. Jerome has enormous experience of running strategic workshops and events where group collaboration is paramount. Some use technology (no flip-charts!) and others are more traditional. All are focussed on the key objectives and driving change.
Jerome has an MA in Futures and Foresight Studies in Europe. Gained at Leeds Metropolitan University, Futures Studies has become a well-regarded academic discipline. Jerome’s Masters included development of techniques on Futures Methods, Cultural Perspectives on the Future, Foresight Scenarios for Business Decisions and Future New Product Development.
